Shadowhunters

So most the cast for the Shadowhunters. Guys I'm so excited, and I have been annoying everyone around me because I'm so exceited and nooone arounds me cares. Look at this beautiful cast.


So, Lets start from the first row and go from left to right. Also, there IMDB links are attached to all of them.

Our Simon Lewis is Alberto Rosende. I haven't seen act at all, but he has the geeky thing about him that i love

Miss Clary Fray is  Kartherine McNamara. I really like how she looks her hair now is actually very gingery that's how I actually imagined Clary's hair to look, and also she looks very short well I googled and said 5'4'' so pretty good high.

The beautiful Jace [Not sure what last name to put since I'm not done with the series don't kill me] Wayland is Dominic Sherwood. First things first I'm the realest he is so handsome. Hubba hubba. You might have seen him in the Vampire Academy or most recetly he was the guy in Taylor Swift's music video called "Style." Fun fact about him he has to different colored eyes.

For Alec Lightwood we have Matthew Daddario.  He is another actor I haven't heard him but he is handsome. I actually been on tumblr and a lot of people like him or they were saying that he is good actor, so yeah.

Glitter King Warlock Magnus Bane is Harry Shum Jr. Now I love Harry from Glee and Step Up movies he has been. I'm a fan of his work and I hope when they first meet his character that he is up there dancing and showing off his moves because you can't have Harry and not make him dance he is amazing.

For our antagonist Valantine Morgenstern the actor playing him is Alan Van Sprang.  First of all he looks very Valantine-like to me. He has this stern look to him and that's kind of what I thought what Valantine would look like. Also, he is amazing actor and he has been in Reign and the Trudors.

The sexy and beautiful Isabelle Lightwood is played Emeraude Toubia. She is a actress from Mexico. I have to admit she is has this very sexy and mysterious look to her that I'm love. Emeraude is a beautiful girl I can't wait to see her.

The last one on that picture is Luke Garroway is played by Isaiah Mustafa. Now I actually heard some contraversity regarding this casting, but frankling I believe there was a reason why the casting directors picked him. Okay yes he is a handsome man just like Alan. I acually don't know him from anything he has done expect from the Old Spice commericals

I don't know about you but i love these commercials. Back to what this post is about. I'm happy for hima dn I'm keeping an open mind.

Now that picture what missing some actors that have been casted. I couldn't find the picture that i saw on tumblr with all them sadly :(

So Momma Jocelyn Fray is played by Maxim Roy. Yeah another actor I have never heard of, but sometimes it's nice because they get a completely white canves for you so it's nice.








Now this nice looking gentlemen is playing Raphael Santiago, and his name is David Castro. All I got that I have been in is 27 Dresses. Yeah other than that I got nothing on him.


 Last but not least is Hodge is played by Jon Cor. The only thing I have heard but again I have nver seen these are American Pie and Being Human. Apperantly he has been in both and I haven't seen either. At the being when the fans were told that he was the actor they were saying that he was so young, but he is actually supposed to be around this age because the movie had it wrong. Also, Hodge is supposed to be a year younger than Valentine (something like that).



There has a sneak peek that came in and I liked it because it felt like this is real. Like this really hapening. We are actually getting a tv show.

I loved the epicness of it. Finally ending with this post with follow Harry Shum Jr. on Snapchat because he posting things while he is filming and here are some pictures from set and the actors together and all that good stuff.

How to Date an Otaku Girl

"How to Date an Otaku Girl" creates unbelievable dreams for girls her are very nerdy like myself. First saying I loved this movie. I thought it was adorable and super cute. 100% perfect movie for you to watch with your friends on a slumber party or a cheesy movie night. 

This is a Japanse movie that came out on May 2,  2009 and it starts Daito Shunsuke and Matsumoto Wakana. This follow the story of a couple where the girlfriend is huge fujoshi. A fujoshi is a person who is obsessed with Yaoi or Boys Love. Yaoi or Boys Love is stories about boys falling in love with each other. (It's in the name). 

As the story goes on, the audience goes on to see how much Hinata (the main guy) is willing to do to understand about his girl obsession with Yoai. Seriously, he goes and reads these mangas (Japanese Comic Books), and watches things with her to only make her happy.

Seriously, the cuteness in the movie is amazing. One of my favorite Japanese movies, and also one the cutest one I have seen so far. 

Shadowhunters

"The Mortal Instruments: Shadowhunters" recently got a home in ABC Family.  This will follow the story of Clary Fray and on her 18th birthday she will discover that she is like a shadowhunter and her mother has been kidnapped. Season one will follow Clary learning about Shadowhunter and the downwolders. It is said that no matter what Mortal Instrument fans will be getting at least a 13 episodes, although premier date has been set.

"Shadowhunters" will start shooting in May in Toroto. I believe that cast has been almost decided and they will probably starting telling who our Clary and Jace will be soon. (Figures crossed)

I personally love the "The Mortal Insturments," and I always thought that Clary was interesting character because she was thrown into a world she knew nothing about and she worked her hardest to survive. Also, I'm in love with series like "The Mortal Insturments."

ShadowHunters Tv Show

Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instrumenets will be made into TV Show.  Currently there is no cast for it. What I have found out is that they will be starting from the start as the movie never happened.  Also, that Cassandra Clare meet with the writers, and she has confirmed that the characters will be around 2 years older than they are in the books.

The Mortal Instrument's is a serious of books with 6 books in total.

The Mortal Insturments Series follows Clary a young artist living in New York with her single mom. Clary spents most of her days with her nerdy friend Simon. Until one day her mom is kidnapped and she meets Jace.

Jace Hernondale is a Shadowhunter, and he helps her find out about what happened her mother.  Clary discovers that she is not a normal girl but like Jace and his friends Isabelle and Alec Lightwood, she is too a shadowhunter. She learns that Shadowhunters or Nephilim are humans who are born with anglic blood.

Clary goes into an advanture with love, heartbreak and selfdiscovery about her and her family.


I'm acutally excited to see what they do with this series because I think it might be better as a tv show. I hope it comes to our screens soon because I can't wait.

Cinderella

Disney's Cinderella (2015) was one of Walt Disney Company's smartest decision of 2015. 

Bold statement, but as an accounting major I think about the money that they will be getting with this movie. 

According to IMBD, Cinderella is currently the number one movie in the country and with a gross profit of $122.52 Million in two weeks.

The classic tale of Cinderella was brought again to the big screen. This time Cinderella was played by the gorgeous Lilly James. 

This is not a new story for Disney, but the classic movie they made was created again and they once again made another fortune on this story.

Although it's not a new story we got from Disney, and everyone knows the ending to the story. It will keep you at the edge of your seat and you will feel like a kid watching it for the very first time. 

With a themes like "Have Courage and be kind" Cinderella is an amazing film that anyone in the family can watch.

Not to mention it was beautifully made from costumes to set disign. Disney spent big bucks on the designs for the custome and the set.

Very well done Disney. Now put it on DVD so I can buy and watch it just as much as I watched the original as a kid. :)

Healer

Healer -> Korean drama that was on December 8, 2014 to February 10, 2015, and it had 20 episodes. 

Code name Healer is a night-carrier (I believe that's the word they used) or also known Seo Jung-ho played by actor Ji Chang-Wook. Jung-ho is man who will steal and find anything for a price, and if it doesn't envolve killing. 

He is hired by the popular news report Kim Moon-ho (Yoo Ji-Tae) to find the long lost daughter of his older brother's wife. 

Not only does he want to find this long lost daughter, but  Kim Moon-ho learns about the past regarding his older brother and what he did with his two best friends. 

Not only there is mystery about what happened with Kim Moon-Ho's older brother and his friends but the mystery of of the long lost daughter. Adding on top of them we have our main character Seo Jung-Ho doing his best to prove he was not a murder. 

Plus if you like a drama where the main girl isn't annoying stupid and she stands up for her self you will like this one. 

Healer is an action packed mystery with romance and heartbreak. It's keeps you on your the tip of your seat and you never know what's going to happen.

This drama reminded me why I loved Korean dramas in the first place. 

Akatsuki No Yona

Akatsuki No Yona is a Japanese cartoon or anime about a young princess named Yona. Unlike most princess animes, Akatsuki No Yona is about Princess Yona who witness the murder of her father by her childhood friend / crush. 

This is a story about girl becoming a women, and the difficult choices you have to make in life. Also, it's about the friends you make along your journey in life. 

When this anime starts Yona is a helpless princess, that only cares about herself. After the event of her father's murder her life gets thrown upside down. She learns about the people of her country and the destiny she has.

Although the plotline is serious, there is some funny scenes between the characters especially Hak, her trusty bodyguard who loves to pick on her 

It's a story about the underdog and those are always the best.

Really recommend this anime, especially if you are new to anime because this is a story everyone can like.
