Akatsuki No Yona is a Japanese cartoon or anime about a young princess named Yona. Unlike most princess animes, Akatsuki No Yona is about Princess Yona who witness the murder of her father by her childhood friend / crush. 

This is a story about girl becoming a women, and the difficult choices you have to make in life. Also, it's about the friends you make along your journey in life. 

When this anime starts Yona is a helpless princess, that only cares about herself. After the event of her father's murder her life gets thrown upside down. She learns about the people of her country and the destiny she has.

Although the plotline is serious, there is some funny scenes between the characters especially Hak, her trusty bodyguard who loves to pick on her 

It's a story about the underdog and those are always the best.

Really recommend this anime, especially if you are new to anime because this is a story everyone can like. 

Being an Otaku

Otaku is a Japanese word. It is usally used for a person who likes anime or mangas. 

In the US an otaku would be a nerd. But why being a otaku or a nerd be bad? 

Frankly I don't see the reason why it would be because its so much fun. 

Animes and mangas are like drugs. They are addictive. You watch one then you watch another. Next thing you know you have spent your whole summer watching anime. 

URG all those feels because he is so hot. DEAN~~~~~. Sorry back to my point to being an otaku. 

Animes and mangas are great because the older you get the more mature the contents of the manga or anime you watch can get. Plus they don't just make it for guys. They also make it for girls. 

Seriously some of the shugo manga (girl's manga) is so cute that it makes me want to die.

Like if you want to watch something like cute and about magic. Like if you liked Sailor Moon as a kid. There are mangas like Sailor Moon called 

Shugo Chara, 

Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha (one of my favorites)

or K-on! which was more of a casual manga. Still just as great as the other. Plus really catch music that I just loved. 

There are also cute romantic one like Love Stage!!

oh wait this one is a Yaoi anime/manga. 

Yaoi is also called boys love. So if you like to see to guys fall in love go ahead. On the internet you will not be judge for watching Yaoi or boys love anime. 

All in all. Being an otaku rocks. Seriously its amazing because every season there is a new season of new anime coming out. Plus there is so much that is already subbed out there that it can kept you busy and making you procastate like a pro. 

I think I might write about my favorite animes, and types. Like Shugo, idol (Music), mahou shugo (magical girls), romace, and well the only yaoi one I have watch is Love Stage!! so that one will be it. 

Also these also got me into k-pop, and j-pop which also got me into dramas which are amazing.

But My interest go to also british things like Doctor Who and Sherlock. But also american tv shows like Supernatural or Arrow. 

Also love books. Always want mroe of them to me. I loved mortal insturments and divergent and others.
